Our company was founded in 1995 by Dan Hotek with the purpose of honoring God by providing the very best structural engineering services to our clients. Our inspection services cover Northern Virginia, the Northern Shenandoah Valley, the Greater Washington D.C. region, and the West Virginia Panhandle, providing our clients with peace of mind and confidence in their projects.

We also offer design estimates for full house plans and additions, providing our clients with structurally sound and approved plans that meet local agency regulations. Our project types include residential, historical, residential repair, military, commercial, industrial, transportation, educational, and more. We work with a variety of materials, including steel, wood, concrete, gunite/shotcrete, and masonry soils.

Our Team

Our team is led by Dan Hotek, P.E., our principle engineer, who has over forty years of combined structural engineering experience. We also have a talented team of engineers, designers, and drafters who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Our staff includes Zachary Nemec, PE, Structural Engineer; Kirk Milam, AutoCad Drafter; Carrie Robinson, Designer; and Joanne Berta, Office Manager. Together, we are committed to providing our clients with the very best structural engineering services.
