Min, called Monica locally, co-owns Hong's Garden with her husband Zhao. With prior experience in Hawaii's restaurant industry, she contributes culinary expertise and manages front-of-house operations. The couple opened this location in 2012 to share authentic Chinese cuisine with Bayfield residents.
