At Custer Avenue Counseling, we are a group of dedicated independent psychotherapists who work cooperatively to provide comprehensive mental health treatment to children, teenagers, adults, and families in Helena, Montana. Our Specialties

Our team of therapists specializes in a wide range of areas, including attachment disorders, major depression, grief, anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, ADHD, ADD, autistic spectrum disorders, mood swings, and bi-polar disorders. We also provide therapy for individuals who have experienced sexual or physical abuse, foster care, or adoption issues. Additionally, we offer marriage and family therapy to help strengthen child-parent relationships.

Our Services

Our services include individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as anger management and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). We also provide medication management services through our qualified medical professionals.
