Welcome to A PIECE OF CAKE. and a whole lot more! LLC, a licensed home bakery nestled in the hills of New Milford, CT, established in 1993. Our bakery has been a staple in the community for over 20 years, providing custom cakes for all occasions. Although we have retired from the custom cake industry, we continue to bake our signature coffee cakes, which have become a beloved comfort food for our customers.

Our Story

As "The CakeLady", I have had the pleasure of serving the community for over 20 years, making over 1,000 wedding cakes and countless other custom cakes for special occasions. I have worked with several of the area's banquet halls and participated in Bridal Shows. I was also a vendor at New Milford's Farmer's Market, selling a variety of baked goods, including my line of coffee cakes. Although I have retired from the custom cake industry, I continue to bake my Coffee Cakes, which are now available for purchase online.

Our coffee cakes are made with love and care, using only the finest ingredients, including sour cream, which makes them rich and moist. We offer a range of delicious flavors, including Cinnamon Nut Crown, Chocolate Cinnamon Swirl, Cinnamon Crown, Chocolate, Chocolate!, and Blueberry Muffin Cake. Each cake is carefully wrapped in a printed cello to match the occasion, along with a message card from you. Our cakes can be shipped fresh to anywhere in the United States, making them a great gift option.
