What Do We Mean By Artisan?

It means our bread and pastries are crafted from scratch, using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. We craft every loaf and pretzel by hand. All our locally-milled flours are ground from non-GMO unbleached whole wheat, with a high gluten protein level to produce a hearty, chewy interior.

Fresh Baked Loaves

Our sourdough is crafted from a pungent, twelve-year-old artisan starter. Also available in whole wheat. Our country white loaves are the perfect combination of light and chewy. The ideal sandwich bread. Our whole wheat loaf is rustic and hearty, a crackling crust matched with a soft crumb interior that defies such a dubious honorarium.

Pretzels, Pot Pies, Pastries

We offer a variety of baked pockets, perfect for devouring on the go. Our pockets are stuffed with the best ingredients and baked to crispy, savory perfection. We also offer a variety of pastries, including cherry cheese puffs, apple turnovers, lemon pastries, bread pudding, and more. Our baguettes are hand-rolled, with a light, airy crumb on the inside and that perfect crispy crunch for the crust. Our bagels are your old-school, New York bagels, formed by hand, tender and chewy. Our pretzels are golden and puffy, hand-rolled before being boiled, baked and dusted with sea salt and butter. Savor every bite with a foamy beer or hearty ale.
