Our Founder

Sally Cobb, the founder of Mezzanine Catering, developed her love for food and cooking at a young age. After graduating high school, she honed her culinary skills working under Lorrie Grossman, a renowned kosher caterer. This experience ignited her passion for catering, and she started her own business, specializing in both kosher and non-kosher events. Sally's dedication to quality, creativity, and personalized service laid the foundation for Mezzanine Catering's success.

Zach Cobb, Sally's son, joined Mezzanine Catering full-time after graduating from Johnson & Wales University with degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Service Management, and Entrepreneurship. Zach's expertise in various culinary disciplines and his passion for the business have been instrumental in driving Mezzanine's growth.

Brittany Brailsford, our Executive Chef, brings a wealth of culinary experience and a dedication to fresh, seasonal ingredients. Her background in classic French techniques and modern plating styles adds a sophisticated touch to our menus.
