We're known for our ability to work with remote locations and venues without kitchen facilities, thanks to our mobile kitchens and wood-fired grills. While we do have sample menus available, we believe that each event deserves its own personalized menu. We'll work closely with you to design a menu that suits your tastes, preferences, and any dietary restrictions. Our approach is all about slow foods with a twist, blending traditional comfort food with innovative flair.

Catering Policies

While our contract details may vary slightly, we want to ensure you're aware of our basic policies. For instance, your final guaranteed number of guests must be provided at least 21 days prior to the event. This allows us to prepare accordingly. If your final guest count changes, it can only increase, not decrease, from the initial minimum guarantee. We also provide most of our own cooking equipment, but in rare cases where we don't have an item or the location prohibits our equipment, arrangements can be made for rentals. For extreme weather conditions, a 'Cooks Tent' with lighting may be required at your expense. Lastly, we need access to dedicated lines of electricity and a well-lit area for our servers to perform their duties.
