The Northshore Academy of Martial Arts is proud to be Lake County's premiere martial arts academy since 1997. For over two decades, we have been dedicated to bringing the physical and mental benefits of martial arts to the Libertyville, Illinois community. Our award-winning martial arts programs offer a variety of classes for youth, teens, and adults in our state-of-the-art 5000 square foot facility.

Our martial arts style is founded on the principles of Bruce Lee's original art, Jun Fan Gung Fu. This art is based on the belief that all martial art systems, though different, contain valuable information that enhances one's skills and provides a basis of respect for other martial arts. We believe in the realistic and practical concept of "Use all ways and reject none". Our rank certified martial arts instructors teach only the most effective skills and realistic techniques needed to protect yourself and your family.

Our Libertyville martial arts academy is open 7 days a week and located in the Peterson Commons Center next to Lino's and Catered Productions. We support our hometown heroes and offer a military, police, fire, and EMS discount for personnel and their families.

Our 5000 square foot facility is equipped with everything you need to train and grow as a martial artist. We have a spacious training area, a strength and conditioning area, and a variety of training equipment. Our facility is clean, well-maintained, and always ready for you to train.
