A Dynamic and Engaging Curriculum

Our comprehensive gymnastics programs cater to diverse age groups and skill levels. We offer two distinct tiers: our Preschool Program and our Progressive Program. The Preschool Program introduces the fundamentals of gymnastics in a playful and engaging manner, fostering a love for movement and exploration in our youngest athletes.

Designed for older children with a growing enthusiasm for gymnastics, the Progressive Program systematically builds upon foundational skills, introducing more complex techniques and challenging routines. Our experienced and dedicated coaches tailor their instruction to individual needs, ensuring a positive and rewarding learning experience for each child.

Cultivating Champions, On and Off the Mat

Rising Stars Gymnastics recognizes the power of healthy competition. Our DP and Xcel teams provide opportunities for dedicated gymnasts to excel in a supportive and collaborative environment. These teams embrace the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance, equipping our young athletes with essential life skills that extend far beyond the realm of gymnastics.
