At JRW Enterprises, we are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the greater Douglas County area since 2001. Our team, led by owner Roxane Whiteaker, is dedicated to providing exceptional bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll services, and accounting solutions to our clients. Roxane, who has an Accounting Degree, is a Licensed Tax Consultant for the state of Oregon (#27441-C) and has worked for a prominent CPA Firm prior to opening JRW Enterprises. She is also licensed by Intuit Software as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has taught the QuickBooks program to local business owners at Umpqua Community College.

We maintain an outstanding relationship with representatives of the IRS and the State of Oregon Department of Revenue. We strive to stay current with the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring that our clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date information and advice.

• Elderly (Senior) Bill Paying: One of the services we provide is an elderly or senior bill paying service. We can come to your home or your elderly parents' home to help organize, open mail, write checks to pay bills, and more.

• Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor: Roxane is licensed by Intuit Software as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has taught the QuickBooks program to local business owners at Umpqua Community College. We can come to your office or place of business to provide training and support with the QuickBooks program.
