Our Story

When Tony Macchiano and Bob Molinaro set up shop in 1969, they never dreamed that the small town of 12,000 would grow to over 83,000 in less than thirty years. They knew immediately, however, that this was the community in which they wanted to raise their kids and earn their living. With a passion for providing exceptional service and a commitment to environmental responsibility, Pleasanton Garbage Service has grown into a leading provider of waste management solutions for residential and commercial locations in the City of Pleasanton.

Our Services

At Pleasanton Garbage Service, we offer a range of services that provide cost-effective solutions for collection, disposal, and recycling. Our Transfer Station offers larger, non-hazardous solid waste disposal as well as electronic waste drop-off. We also provide innovative community outreach programs, including free organic food waste containers for homes and businesses, and educational resources for schools. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to answer any questions you may have.
