For over 60 years, Jolly Tots Childcare has been proudly caring for children of Bucks and surrounding counties. We take pride in providing the safest and highest quality child care services at an affordable price for our parents. Our History

Jolly Tots was founded in 1959 by Joe and Marie Thompson, who were pioneers in providing child care services in Bucks County. They recognized the need for a licensed day care center in the area and took the risk of opening the first licensed center in Bucks County. Despite the lack of a blueprint or business plan, they persevered and created a homelike atmosphere with spacious indoor play areas, dedicated classrooms, and a large outdoor area. Over the years, Jolly Tots has grown and evolved, but our core values remain the same: providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children to grow and thrive.

Program Offerings

We accept students starting at 6 weeks old and pride ourselves in offering a homelike experience for our Jolly Tots. Our daily schedules focus on classroom and free play experiences to develop the whole child. Our programs are designed to provide a well-rounded education, including language, math, science, and social skills, with a focus on creativity and imagination. Our classrooms are designed to promote socialization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Our teachers and staff are dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging environment that fosters a love of learning.

Upcoming Events

We have a variety of exciting events and activities planned for the coming months. Our spring lineup includes:

• Class photos: Our photographers will be on site to capture the memories of our Jolly Tots.
• Egg Hunt: Join us for an egg-cellent adventure as we search for hidden eggs and treats.
• St. Jude Trike-a-thon: Our Tots will be participating in a fundraiser for St. Jude's Children's Hospital, and we invite you to join us in supporting this wonderful cause.
