Our story began in 1991, when our founder, Len Montreal, decided to take the leap and start his own construction company. With a degree in Business Administration from Morrisville State College, Len had a deep understanding of the construction industry and a passion to build something of his own. He started Montreal Construction Co., Inc. with a small team and a big vision to build something special.

Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to include development, brokerage, and more. We have completed numerous projects, from mixed-use developments to office and retail spaces. Our commitment to quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction has earned us the trust and loyalty of our clients.
