Our principals, Orazio Crisalli and Michael Arcuri, have a combined 54 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on receivership assignments and REO property management. Unprofessionalism and Poor Service
Several reviewers expressed their dissatisfaction with the company's professionalism and service. Amorette Cavanaugh and Tim Cavanaugh Jr. both had negative experiences, citing rude behavior and unprofessionalism. Nathan Nonya received an unsolicited text from the company, which he found unprofessional. Lesley Pantel's mother made an appointment to view a home, but the agent failed to show up, with no response to their calls and messages.
Disputes and Unfair Treatment
Jay Britt had a dispute with Mike Acuri over a deposit refund, which was denied due to alleged damages to the property. Britt felt mistreated and disrespected throughout the process. Tim Cavanaugh Jr. was accused of lying by the company, which he found insulting and unprofessional.
