Targeted pressure techniques focus on deeper muscle layers and connective tissue to relieve severe tension and chronic pain. This specialized treatment addresses specific problem areas, making it ideal for individuals with persistent muscle issues or sports-related injuries.

Therapists use specialized positioning techniques to ensure comfort while relieving muscle soreness and improving circulation, with sessions available from the second trimester onward.
