Our Services
At Apex Gymnastics, we offer a range of programs and services designed to meet the needs of children from preschool to pre-teen age groups. Our programs include:
Parent-Child Classes: Our Parent-Child classes are designed for children aged 0-3, along with their parents or caregivers. These classes focus on developing motor skills, coordination, and social skills through fun and engaging activities.
Recreational Gymnastics Classes: Our recreational gymnastics classes are designed for children aged 3-17 and are designed to teach fundamental gymnastic skills, such as tumbling, vaulting, and trampoline exercises. Our classes are structured to provide a fun and challenging experience for children of all skill levels.
Private Lessons: For children who require more individualized attention or have specific goals, our private lessons provide one-on-one instruction with one of our experienced coaches.
Gymnastics Camps: Our gymnastics camps are designed for children aged 4+ and offer a fun-filled day of gymnastics, crafts, and games. Our camps are available throughout the summer and during school breaks.
Events: We also offer special events, such as Open Gym sessions, where children can come and practice their gymnastics skills in a semi-structured environment. Our Weekday Open Play sessions are designed for children aged 0-6 and offer a fun and engaging way to spend time together as a family.
