At Aerial Tumbling & AcroGymnastics (ATA Gymnastics), we are passionate about providing a positive and supportive environment where children of all ages can develop their physical and social skills. Our mission is to teach physical and social skills for lifelong wellbeing, and we strive to create a fun and engaging learning experience for every child who steps into our gym.
Our Services
We specialize in teaching foundational movement skills to children from 18 months to 5 years old in our Gymster program. This program focuses on developing gross motor skills, coordination, and confidence through play-based activities and games. For older children, we offer recreational and competitive gymnastics programs that cater to different skill levels and interests.
Our recreational programs, including Gymster and Recreational Gymnastics, provide a fun and playful way for children to develop their tumbling and acrobatic skills. Our experienced instructors will guide your child as they learn new skills and build confidence in their physical abilities.
For children who are more serious about gymnastics, we offer a competitive Acrobatic Gymnastics program that is designed to teach them the skills and techniques necessary to succeed at the national and international levels. Our competitive teams, including the Pre-Team, Development Team, Intermediate Team, and Advanced Team, provide a supportive and challenging environment for athletes who are committed to their craft.
Acrobatic Gymnastics Team
Our Acrobatic Gymnastics team is one of the most successful in the country, with athletes who have won numerous national and international awards, earned college scholarships, and even competed in the finals of America's Got Talent! Our competitive teams require a year-long commitment and 3-4 practices per week. Most competitive team athletes begin in our recreational program or Pre-Team.
We proudly offer a world-class Acrobatic Gymnastics program in the heart of San Jose, and we are dedicated to providing a supportive and challenging environment for our athletes to grow and thrive.
