Our story began in November 1982, when we first opened our doors on the corner of Rt 11 and Rt 31 in Cicero, NY. Over the years, we have built an excellent reputation in the community for our commitment to the well-being of Central New York pets. In April 2001, we moved to our current location, where we continue to serve our clients with the same level of excellence.

Our services include a variety of options designed to cater to the unique needs of your pet. From haircuts and brushouts to shampooing, conditioning, and blow drying, we offer a comprehensive range of grooming services. We also provide nail trimming, ear cleaning, brushing, and undercoat removal, ensuring that your pet leaves our salon looking and feeling their absolute best.

Our staff is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about their work. Each member of our team is dedicated to providing your pet with the highest level of care and attention. We are proud to have a staff that includes a Nationally Certified Master Groomer, a member of GroomTeam USA, and a well-known speaker and judge at pet grooming conventions throughout the United States and Canada.

In addition to our regular grooming services, we also offer special baths, including flea, medicated, and deskunking treatments. For pets requiring dematting, we charge an hourly rate, and we reserve the right to shave the animal if it is in the best interest of the pet. We also have a policy for difficult dogs and cats, ensuring the safety and well-being of both our staff and the animals in our care.
