What are your current operating hours?
We operate Monday-Friday 6:30am-6:00pm. The facility is closed weekends and major holidays including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving week.
Do you offer boarding services?
No, we currently focus exclusively on daycare, grooming, and training services. Our facility does not provide overnight boarding accommodations.
What vaccination records are required for daycare?
All dogs must have current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations with proof of year-round flea prevention and negative fecal exams.
How do training classes work?
We offer 6-week basic obedience courses ($200), 4-week intermediate classes ($150), and private sessions ($200). Group classes require prior enrollment and have maximum 6 participants.
What happens if I'm late picking up my dog?
Late pickups after 1pm for half-day appointments incur full-day charges. After-hours late fees apply at $15 for pickups exceeding closing time by 15+ minutes.
Are grooming appointments available?
New grooming clients require 12-week advance scheduling. Emergency $25 no-show fees apply, with $16 hourly holding fees for delayed pickups after appointment completion.
