About Michele O'Shea
Michele O'Shea is the owner of O'Shea Yoga and a Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher with over 2,000 teaching hours spanning over 10 years. Michele's passion for sharing the teachings of Kundalini Yoga stems from her personal experience of healing and upliftment from the practice. She attributes her healing of three chronic health issues to a regular practice of Kundalini Yoga and believes that the practice has the potent ability to connect one with their Higher Self.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is a science of well-being that combines physical exercises, poses, mudras, breath techniques, mantras, and meditations in an effort to heal, strengthen, and elevate on all levels - body, mind, and spirit. When these three aspects are strong, healthy, and in harmony with one another, we experience greater health, peace, happiness, and prosperity in our lives.

Class Information
Our in-person Kundalini Yoga classes are held at the High Mountain Presbyterian Church in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Each class is a unique and transformative experience, combining physical exercises, breath techniques, mantras, and meditations in a sequence designed to promote healing, strength, and elevation on all levels. We also offer private Yoga and Life Coaching sessions, which provide students with personalized guidance and support on their journey towards optimal well-being.
