Our Team

Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. Our President, Anneke Zifkin, is responsible for the overall operations of the business, while our Executive VP, Brian Zifkin, uses his engineering background to design our show floor and display cases. Additionally, he created the AVI line of diamond jewelry and travels around the Midwest to find unique pieces for our store.

We also have a talented team of sales associates, including Lily Coker, who is dedicated to creating a welcoming shopping environment, and Raizel Zifkin, who has grown up in the jewelry industry and has a keen sense of fashion and design. Raizel is responsible for graphic design and photography, bringing a fresh and youthful energy to our marketing program. Our youngest team member, Yossi Zifkin, is an apprentice jeweler who has recently completed the Accredited Jewelry Professional course and is working towards taking on all of our repairs and creating custom pieces.
