We produce precision-engineered fasteners using cold heading, hot heading, and CNC machining. Our capabilities include hex cap screws, eye bolts, and left-hand-thread components from 1/4" to 1 1/2" diameters. Cold Heading
Our cold heading processes create high-strength fasteners up to 1 1/2" diameter with tight tolerances. This cost-effective method supports large-volume production while maintaining material integrity for critical applications in industrial machinery and structural systems.
CNC Machining
We utilize CNC vertical milling machines and lathes for complex fastener geometries. Our capabilities include deep-hole drilling up to 6", lockwire hole tapping, and custom threading for specialized aerospace and automotive components requiring exact dimensional accuracy.
