Our Story
Founded on January 1, 1994, by Jim Norris, our company was built on the principles of integrity, excellence, and customer satisfaction. Jim's extensive experience in the mortgage industry, combined with his father's legacy of founding Commonwealth Savings and Commonwealth Mortgage, has enabled us to establish a reputation for great rates and closing costs, diverse loan programs, personal customer service, and cutting-edge technology.

We pride ourselves on being a Correspondent Lender since 2005, which means we close loans in our own name using our own warehouse lines.
