Jay Haynes, Jim's son, is also a key member of our team. With over 25 years of entrepreneurial and private equity experience, Jay has developed a strong skill set in formulating and executing growth strategies.

Ed Ahrens has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, including spells with Garrett Aviation and Atlantic Aviation. He has a particular expertise in strategic planning, marketing, and maintenance and technical service department restructuring.

Andy Blackburn has a strong background in marketing and business development, having worked with major aircraft manufacturers and private equity firms. He has also served as a Senior Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group.
