Facilities and Staff
The reviews of Olive Branch Skilled Rehab are mixed, with some patients expressing satisfaction with the care and facilities, while others have had negative experiences. One reviewer, Ron Carnley, gave the facility 5 stars and praised the nursing staff, therapists, and administration. Andy Huffman also gave the facility 5 stars and credited several staff members, including J, with providing excellent care to his mother. On the other hand, Daniel Gordon gave the facility the lowest rating, 1 star, and described it as a "for-profit organization that will suck every last dollar out of insurance companies and spend as few pennies as possible on its patients."
Poor Care and Conditions

He wrote that the facility was unclean and that the staff showed a lack of care for patients. Mary Trimble-Jones gave the facility 2 stars and described a serious problem with a nurse and physician, but praised one nurse, Ms. Billie, for showing compassion and concern.
Communication and Follow-up

Mary Trimble-Jones expressed frustration with the lack of response from the facility after she reported a problem with a nurse and physician. She also wrote that she had left messages for a social worker, BF, and had not received a response.
Food and Treatment
One reviewer, Dona Glasgow, mentioned concerns about the food at the facility, saying that it was "scary" and that she was worried about her loved one's nutrition. Robbie Gill, on the other hand, did not mention food, but praised the therapy and treatment he received, crediting several therapists and nursing staff with helping him recover from Covid pneumonia.
