*Doug Salter, PT - Lead Physical Therapist & Owner*

Doug Salter is a Physical Therapist with a special interest and experience in sports rehabilitation and general orthopedics. He began his career as a Physical Therapy Specialist in the United States Army in 1983 and has since received extensive training and education in the field. Doug and his wife, Jean, opened the first Performance Rehab clinic in Baldwin County in 1991, and the practice has since established itself as the leading outpatient rehabilitation provider in the area.

*Luke Trione, PT - Physical Therapist*

Luke Trione is a Physical Therapist who specializes in manual therapy and general orthopedics. He joined Performance Rehab as a technician in the early 90s and has since earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, a Master's degree in Education, and a Master's of Physical Therapy. With over 20 years of experience in outpatient, home health, and acute care settings, Luke is thrilled to return to his roots in Daphne, Alabama, and looks forward to serving Baldwin County and surrounding areas through Physical Therapy.
