A Family Legacy

Lake Cafe was born out of the dream of Ronald and Ethel Cox, who longed to establish their own small business. Sadly, tragedy struck just six months after their opening when Ronald passed away. But Ethel remained unwavering, dedicating the next 34 years to building a successful and cherished restaurant.

Following Ethel's passing in 2002, their children took the helm, carrying on the Cox family tradition with unwavering passion.
