Our Story

Our journey began in 2002, when our founder, Miguel Meza, set out to create the best coffee in the world. Two decades later, we remain at the forefront of coffee development, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We believe that specialty coffee is an evolving science, and to improve on tradition, we must be willing to do what no one else is doing. This philosophy has earned us a reputation for consistency and innovation, and we're proud to share our passion with coffee lovers everywhere.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of specialty coffee blends, carefully crafted to showcase the unique characteristics of each bean. From rare and exotic varieties to budget-friendly staples, our coffees are sourced directly from the cherry stage or imported green from our trusted partners abroad. We roast our coffees fresh to order every Monday and Wednesday (and sometimes Friday) at our Hilo Roastery in Hawaii, ensuring that every cup meets our high standards of flavor and aroma.
