Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors (KREE) is a nonprofit organization of highly trained real estate agents dedicated to achieving clients' real estate investment goals, solving real estate problems, and taking advantage of real estate opportunities. Our members strive to meet a high level of education in real estate marketing, real estate counseling, real estate taxation, real estate financing, real estate management, and real estate exchange as determined by the National Council of Exchangors.

Our Mission

The mission of KREE is to unite those who are qualified in real estate exchange counseling into a networking organization for the mutual benefit of the members and their clients. We aim to disseminate information relative to real estate in general and exchanging in particular, promote education and professionalism in the specialty of exchanging and exchange counseling, assist members with creative solutions to real estate problems, create an atmosphere of cooperation and sharing of ideas, provide technical assistance to its members, and create a forum to expose properties to a larger, more active market place.
