Founded in Louisville, KY on September 1, 1999, our company started as a virtual alternative to traditional real estate firms. Despite humble beginnings in a one-room office, our strong commitment to service and integrity propelled us to rapid growth and success. Our Story
Our broker, Fran Evola, has an extensive background in real estate, dating back to 1978. With extensive training and experience in office management through Prudential and RE/MAX, Fran has built a team of dedicated professionals who share her vision. In 2005, Fran's daughter, Julie Dulaney, joined the company as a Realtor and later became an Associate Broker in both Kentucky and Indiana. Today, Julie is a co-owner of the firm, managing agents and day-to-day operations.
