What we do

We are developing highly engineered, targeted therapies for patients fighting serious liver diseases. Our lead investigational program, BOS-580, is a long-acting once-monthly FGF21 analogue being studied in a Phase 2 clinical trial for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), also known as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).

Our Pipeline

We have a diverse pipeline of programs addressing various manifestations of serious liver conditions.

• Cardiometabolic: Pre-clinical to Phase 3 clinical trials for a long-acting FGF21 analogue for the treatment of NASH.
• Other Programs: Additional programs are under development and available for licensing.
