Our History

Founded in 1967 by Edmund A. Chadrow, Jr., P.L.S., Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc. has grown to become a leading provider of professional land surveying, civil engineering, and planning services in Pennsylvania. Over the years, we have expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients, and today, we offer a comprehensive range of services that cater to residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.

Our team of experienced professionals is led by Edmund A. Chadrow III, P.L.S., President and Principal-in-Charge of Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc. With over 27 years of land surveying experience, Mr. Chadrow is an integral part of all design projects for the firm. Our team also includes John Chadrow, Lead Field Surveyor; Vincent C. Chadrow, Project Manager; VP of Marketing; and Lawrence J. Byrne, P.E., Civil Engineer, among others.
