Who We Are

Our founder and President, Robert E. Blue, Jr., has been in the civil engineering, land surveying, and municipal engineering profession for over 45 years. With a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and an Associate's degree in architectural design from Temple University, he has cultivated strong relationships with real estate developers, municipalities, and state government agencies. As a registered professional engineer and land surveyor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a registered professional engineer in the State of New Jersey, Mr. Blue is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm and oversees all projects and staff members.
