Our Services

Our practice offers a wide range of counseling services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our experienced therapist, Lisa Montalvo, MFT, CEAP, SAP, has over 29 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We provide counseling services for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, adult children of alcoholics, codependency, gay and lesbian issues, self-esteem issues, substance abuse, and addictions. We also offer career coaching, grief and loss counseling, critical incident stress management, and substance abuse evaluations following the Department of Transportation Guidelines.

In addition, we are authorized by the State of California Office of Problem Gambling (CalGETS) to provide free outpatient treatment services to problem gamblers and affected individuals. We understand the importance of accessibility, and that's why we offer a sliding scale fee and are providers for various employee assistance programs.

Our therapist, Lisa Montalvo, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and Substance Abuse Professional, with extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
