Are pets required to have vaccinations?
All dogs and cats must have current rabies vaccination proof, with exemptions considered for indoor-only cats or pets with medical conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards (with online payment capability), and ACH bank transfers through our Time To Pet system.
Do you provide 24/7 emergency services?
Pet care visits are available 6 AM-8 PM daily, with emergency transportation available for medical situations requiring immediate attention.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service incur a 100% fee, while earlier cancellations receive 75% refund of total booking cost.
How do you handle medication administration?
