Welcome to our practice, where we believe in the healing power of the soul and the transformative potential of dreams. As a counselor, psychotherapist, and spiritual guide, my mission is to help you access your inner power and live your life with passion and trust. Through individual counseling, spiritual guidance, and dream groups, we will work together to open doors into the Infinite and find keys that will help you go home to your soul.

In the safety of the therapeutic relationship, you will have the opportunity to explore your present moment with openness and curiosity. We will be guided by the wisdom of your dreams, the teachings of the animals that come to us as totems, and the beauty of the natural world. Our work may take the form of short-term counseling or long-term psychotherapy, depending on your unique needs and goals.

I also offer single sessions in my office for the purpose of dream tending, divination, or working with animal totem connections. If you live outside the San Antonio area or are unable to come to my office, I am happy to do dreamwork via the phone. We will examine your dream to see how its wisdom can apply to your life and support your personal growth.

• Individual Counseling and Spiritual Guidance: Through one-on-one sessions, we will work together to explore your present moment and find keys that will help you access your inner power and live your life with passion and trust. Whether you are looking for short-term counseling or long-term psychotherapy, we will create a safe and supportive space for you to grow and heal.
• Dream Groups: In our dream groups, which meet twice a month, you will have the opportunity to share your dreams in a small, safe community of dreamers. As we tend the images, stories, and landscapes that appear to us in the night, we will help each other bring what has been unconscious into consciousness. No training or previous experience is required, just an interest in dreams.
• Dream Tending, Divination, and Animal Totem Connections: During single sessions in my office or via the phone, we will explore your dreams and the teachings of the animals that come to you as totems. Through dream tending and divination, we will help you understand the wisdom of your dreams and how it can support your personal growth. If you are interested in working with animal totem connections, we will explore the teachings and messages of the animals that come to you.

My Background

I am a counselor, psychotherapist, and spiritual guide with many years of experience in the healing arts. I am passionate about helping people live in the present moment with passion and trust, open to whatever comes forth in their journey through life. My first book, DREAMKEEPERS, was published in 2009 and documents my own dream-driven spiritual journey. Through my work, I hope to inspire you to explore your own dreams and understand their value in your life.
