We began as the original CENTURY 21 Roby & Wigginton, a company founded on a commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction. In 1996, we were acquired by Lou Ann Moore, who spearheaded a vision of growth and expansion, renaming the company CENTURY 21 Advantage Plus and relocating it to its current location on South Buckman Street in Shepherdsville. Our establishment as one of the longest-standing franchised real estate agencies in Shepherdsville stands as a testament to our enduring commitment to the community.

between 2004 and 2012, we embarked on a strategic journey of growth through mergers with four prominent real estate companies in Bullitt County: Hometown Advantage, Coldwell Banker Action, and CENTURY 21 Neighbors. This transformative period brought together top-performing agents and invaluable expertise, solidifying CENTURY 21 Advantage Plus's position as a dominant force in the local real estate market. In recognition of our commitment to excellence, we relocated our Mount Washington office to a more convenient location on Highway 44 East, ensuring accessibility for clients across the region.
