A Brief History
Established in 1971 as Owens-Illinois Employees Federal Credit Union, we have grown to serve over 2,700 members from more than a dozen employee groups. In 1994, the credit union changed its name to Techneglas FCU to reflect a shift in ownership. Today, we operate as Highway Federal Credit Union and welcome individuals and families living, working, worshipping, or attending school in the Pittston area.
Community Involvement
We believe in strengthening our community and supporting local businesses. We actively participate in various initiatives, including:
