Ordering Information

When ordering, please provide your mailing address, credit card number and expiration date (VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER), and telephone number. There is an $8 shipping charge per order in the continental U.S. and a $12 shipping charge per order for APO and FPO. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Air are available upon request for an additional charge. Appropriate sales tax is added for shipments in California, and there is no sales tax outside of California.
