After two decades in the insurance industry, we pursued our passion for hospitality, acquiring and renovating this iconic tavern. Our family-owned business has grown through dedication to quality, featuring handcrafted menus using local ingredients and a meticulously restored inn. Dave's background in cabinetmaking and Sherry's interior design expertise transformed the space into a premier destination. We've earned recognition for our award-winning cuisine and extensive beer selection, including Lancaster County's largest craft beer offerings.Our team, including former Executive Chef Adam and current Chef Bobby, maintains rigorous standards for food quality and service. The 11-room Inn at Bully's Restaurant & Pub, reopened in 2010 after three years of renovations, complements our dining experience. We received the C. Emlen Urban Award for Preservation in 2010 for our exterior restoration efforts. Our commitment to excellence extends to The Flour Child pastry shop and private event hosting. Bobby Schoelkopf
Executive Chef
Culinary Arts graduate from Johnson & Wales University. Took over as Executive Chef in 2015 after training under previous chef Adam. Focuses on seasonal menus using local ingredients while maintaining the restaurant's award-winning standards.

What are your restaurant hours?
We serve dinner Tuesday-Saturday from 4:00 PM until closing. Kitchen hours vary: 8:30 PM on weekdays and 9:30 PM on weekends.
Do you offer catering services?
We provide in-house catering for private events at the restaurant. Off-site catering is not available. Please contact us for event details and reservations.
