Our History
Hinkle's Restaurant and Pharmacy opened its doors to the people of Columbia over 131 years ago. Throughout the years, we have survived and thrived through economic fluctuations, wars, and other challenges. In October 2017, we revamped our business to include Murphy's Mercantile & Co., a gift shop offering unique items and gifts. Today, we continue to grow and evolve, while maintaining our commitment to providing exceptional service and cuisine.
