Dr. Yousha specializes in treating depression, anxiety, adjustment, and relational problems, offering both individual and couples therapy. He has extensive experience working with multicultural populations and is well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques within a relational and psychodynamic frame. Additionally, he is Level II certified in EMDR, one of the most effective treatments for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

As a director, Dr. Yousha has supervised clinicians and students across various disciplines, including Clinical Psychology, Social Work, and Psychiatry. He has also managed several projects with the Department of the Navy, focusing on assessment, design, and implementation of protocols to reduce attrition in recruits and enhance performance during basic training and beyond.

He has directed mental health clinical and training programs for several years, supervising clinicians and students from bachelor to post-doctoral levels of training across Clinical Psychology, Social Work, and Psychiatry disciplines.
