Chef Jean-Luc Gignac's love for cooking started at a young age, inspired by his family's traditional French country cooking. He honed his skills in some of LA's top restaurants, including Chez Helene, Moustache Cafe, and Colette. For nearly twelve years, he was the staff chef for All Saints' Church in Beverly Hills, catering to various events and functions. This experience has equipped him with the expertise to design customized menus for private events. Chef Jean-Luc's dedication to using only the freshest ingredients, combined with his creativity and passion for cooking, sets him apart in the culinary world.
