Our Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do. Jason Hunter, our President and Co-Founder, is a seasoned veteran in Long-Term Care with a passion for family and community. Janet Kusler, our Co-Founder and Pharmacy Manager, has 35 years of pharmacy experience and specializes in clinical geriatric pharmacy. Carrie Blair, our VP of Marketing and Customer Care, has over 25 years of experience in the field of pharmacy and is dedicated to working with communities to design and deliver pharmacy services that best suit their needs.

Our History

Matrx Pharmacy began as the long-term care division of Kusler's Pharmacy. In 2000, we began providing customized packaging and delivery services to local Adult Family Homes and Mental Health providers. Over the years, we expanded our services to include Assisted Living facilities, Group Homes, and Hospice organizations. In 2013, we partnered with Jason Hunter to establish Matrx Pharmacy, an independently owned and operated pharmacy. Today, we continue to expand our services throughout Western Washington, while maintaining our commitment to providing personalized care to each community we serve.
