Our Mission
Riederer's Kenpo Self-Defense Studio empowers individuals in Western New York and Charlotte, NC to protect themselves and their loved ones through practical, effective martial arts training. Founded in 2010, our studio emphasizes a reality-based approach, blending American Kenpo with Jeet Kune Do philosophies for a street-effective system suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Our Head Instructor, Chris Riederer, brings decades of martial arts expertise to the studio. This vast experience has allowed him to curate a unique curriculum that combines diverse styles for holistic self-defense. We are the only school in Western New York certified to teach Mo Shi Do Kenpo and J.S. Wing Chun.
