Our timeline reflects our commitment to growth and innovation. In 2003, we launched our 24/7 Break Fix Service. By 2005, we expanded our services to include Stage & Configure. In 2009, we acquired Mustang Microsystems, allowing us to better serve our clients. In 2012, we expanded our operations to Mexico, and in 2014, we expanded into Europe. In 2016, we launched our Help Desk, and in 2017, we acquired Certified Retail Solutions. Our Partner Alliance Program was launched in 2019, reflecting our commitment to building strategic partnerships with industry leaders.
