Our history dates back to 1967 when we first opened our doors in Manchester, NH. Since then, we have continued to evolve and adapt to the changing needs of our residents. We take pride in being one of the leaders in providing quality eldercare nursing services in the region.

Long-Term Care
Our long-term care unit provides a specially designed program for geriatric residents with medically complex conditions that require daily nursing. Our specialized program is tailored to enhance the quality of life for our residents, promoting independence and rehabilitation.
Short-Term Rehab
Our short-term rehabilitation program provides sub-acute rehabilitation, nursing care, and intermediate long-term care for individuals who require post-acute care after a hospital stay or surgery.
Palliative Care
Our palliative care program focuses on providing comprehensive medical care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses. Our experienced team of healthcare professionals works together to provide comfort, symptom management, and support to our patients and their families.
Memory Care
Our memory care program is designed specifically for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Our staff is trained to provide personalized care and support, while also promoting socialization and independence.
Dining and Activities

Overall Experience
Hanover Hill's residents and families have expressed a range of emotions and frustrations with the facility. While some reviewers have had positive experiences, many have reported issues with staff performance, communication, and quality of care.
Communication Issues
Several reviewers have mentioned difficulties in getting information or assistance from staff. Pat Kelvington, Vivian Xanders Vivi, and Gloria Toscano all experienced problems in getting help or information from the facility.
Quality of Care
Linda Curran and Gloria Toscano have reported issues with the quality of care, particularly in relation to her grandmother's stay at the facility. Linda's mother's health declined, and the care provided during the weekends was described as "horrific." Gloria's grandmother was subjected to poor care and disrespect from Nurse Stacy.
Staff Performance
Bryana Mahoney Bry and Nancy Turcotte have praised the staff at Hanover Hill, describing them as "amazing" and "outstanding." Bryana, who worked at the facility, mentioned that most staff members are kind, diligent, and will go above and beyond to care for residents. However, several reviewers have had negative experiences with staff, including Vivian Xanders Vivi, who described the management as "messy" and uncaring.
