Kingwood Corporation, doing business as Kingwood Management, has been a staple in the property management industry since 1982. As a full-service management company, we offer a wide range of services, including an experienced and active maintenance division. Our extensive experience has seen us manage properties for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), act as a registered contractor for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), and take on the role of Court Appointed Receiver for several properties that have gone into receivership. Currently, Kingwood Management manages or provides marketing and/or maintenance services for over thirty individual owners of diverse investment properties. These managed properties range from various commercial properties to approximately 1800 residential units, with experience in managing townhome associations as well.
