Stonebridge at Woodbury, located on the campus of Woodbury Wellness & Rehabilitation, opened its doors in Spring 2012. We pride ourselves on providing individually focused personal care, ensuring each resident's independence and quality of life. Many of our residents are independent but appreciate the peace of mind knowing assistance is available if needed. We are committed to maintaining a family-oriented philosophy, striving to provide excellent clinical services to our community with a neighborhood feel. This includes a continuum of care and lifestyle choices, including our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.

Our campus offers a range of services, starting with Assisted Living, designed for those who value their independence but appreciate the security of a helping hand. For those with memory impairments, we have a specialized Memory Care program that prioritizes both residents and their families. We also offer Short Term Care for those recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or disease, as well as Extended Care for a more comprehensive range of services and recreational activities. Additionally, we provide Respite Care for short-term care, giving you a break while we care for your loved one until you return.
