Colloca Estate Winery is one of upstate New York's premier winery destinations, set upon 103 acres of pristine waterfront. The venue is renowned for its award-winning wines, which have earned international acclaim, and is one of the most sought after for weddings and events in the State. Our Wines

Colloca Estate Winery is known for its premium wines, which are made from grapes grown on the Southern Shores of the Great Lake Ontario. Our wines are a reflection of the unique terroir of this region, which is characterized by ancient glacial till soils and a microclimate that is ideal for grape growing. Our portfolio includes a wide range of wines, from dry to sweet, still to sparkling, and white to red. Some of our most popular wines include Mindy's Giggle Juice, Au Naturel Riesling, Dry Riesling, Semi-Dry Riesling, Dolce Riesling, Cayuga White, Chardonnay, Mourvedre, Casa Bianco, Melia, Eris Rose, Casa Rosso, G.S.M., Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sparkling Shiraz.

Our Awards

Colloca Estate Winery has won numerous awards for its wines, including being named 2019 NY Riesling Winery of the Year and 2020 NY Pinot Noir Winery of the Year at the NY Intl Wine Competition. Our wines have also been recognized by other prestigious wine competitions, such as the San Francisco International Wine Competition, the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition, and the New York Wine & Food Classic.

We offer a variety of event spaces, including our Tasting Room, The Lounge, and The Wine Bar, as well as outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions. We invite you to visit Colloca Estate Winery and experience our wines and venue for yourself. We are located at 14678 W Bay Rd, Fair Haven, NY 13156, and are open Wednesday through Sunday from 11am to 6pm. We offer wine tastings, wine by the glass, and bottles to go. We also have a selection of local cheeses and other snacks available for purchase.
